The Illidari Council is a group of four blood elves located within the Black Temple who serve as adviser to the self-proclaimed Lord of Outland, Illidan Stormrage. They are the last bosses fought before encountering the Betrayer himself. Similiar to the Qiraji twin emperors Vek'nilash and Vek'lor, the Council has shared health that must be depleted.
